Madison Nichols Invited to GA Southeast Talent Identification Event – January 2022
The Girls Academy is hosting its next Talent ID Event for the Southeast Conference on January 29 in Jacksonville, Fla.
Players were selected for the event based on their strong performances in Girls Academy competition, with recommendations originating from U.S. Soccer scouts, Girls Academy Talent ID representatives and club leadership.
Standout players from Girls Academy clubs in Florida, Georgia,, South Carolina, and North Carolina will be participating in the Talent ID Event. It will feature rosters composed of talent from the 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008 age groups.
Through the Girls Academy relationship with the U.S. Soccer scouting department, the league’s Talent ID Events will serve as a key piece in helping to identify talent for U.S. Youth National Teams.
Madison Nichols has been called into the Talent ID Event for the second straight year and is ranked in the top 150 club players in the country. Madison trains and plays Club Soccer with Tophat Soccer in Atlanta, Georgia as a member of the #11 ranked team in the country with the #1 soccer club in the US. Madison also plays in the United Soccer League (USL-W) with the Atlanta-based Southern Soccer Academy Royals.
